
Medical Helicopter Requested After Motorcycle Crash in Hawk Point

Hawk Point, Mo — UPDATE (May 3, 2026 — 10:23 AM)
The Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report has been released for the motorcycle crash at Bethel Road and Prairie Road in Hawk Point.
According to MSHP, the crash happened at approximately 7:30 PM on May 2. A 2010 Harley Davidson Dyna Wide Glide was traveling southbound on Bethel Road and continued through the intersection at Prairie Road before overturning and traveling off the roadway.
The driver, a 43-year-old man from Hawk Point, was ejected and suffered serious injuries.
He was transported by Air Evac to Mercy Hospital St. Louis.
The motorcycle was totaled and towed from the scene by Priority One Towing.
Emergency crews are currently on scene of a serious crash involving a motorcycle Saturday evening in Hawk Point.
The incident was reported near the intersection of Bethel Rd and Prairie Rd around 7:57 PM.

At least one patient has been reported, and a medical helicopter has been requested to assist.
Prairie Rd is currently closed in both directions as crews continue working the scene.
Drivers are urged to find alternate routes, expect delays, and use caution in the area. Please avoid the scene and allow emergency crews room to operate.
