Following questions raised during a recent County Commission meeting, Lincoln County Auditor Brenda Schulte and Treasurer Brenda O'Brien explained how the $123,043 Gateway payment moved through Lincoln County's approval process.

Lincoln County commissioners approved several policy changes this week involving travel reimbursements, employee drug testing, county vehicles and personnel policies as elected officials and department heads gathered for two commission meetings.
