Gerald R. Green is a resident of Lincoln County and the incumbent Alderman for Moscow Mills, Ward 2. He has lived in the county for approximately 10 years and is actively involved in the local veteran community.

Gerald is a U.S. Army veteran who served for three years, including one year in Korea and one year in Vietnam. He is a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and regularly attends veterans’ coffee talks.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Gerald spent much of his early life in Northern Illinois before later relocating to Lincoln County, where he now resides.
