TROY, Mo. — A quiet evening turned into a terrifying ordeal early Saturday morning when an intruder allegedly kicked down a front door, smashed home security equipment to hide the crime, and launched a violent physical assault against two victims.
Jason T. LaRocca, of Hawk Point, Missouri.

Charges:
Burglary - 1st Degree (Class B Felony)
Property Damage - 2nd Degree (Class B Misdemeanor - 2 Counts)
Assault - 4th Degree (Class A Misdemeanor)
The chaotic scene unfolded around 1:30 AM on Saturday, June 27, 2026, when Lincoln County Sheriff’s deputies rushed to a Troy residence following an emergency call regarding a domestic disturbance actively in progress.
According to official court documents, Jason T. LaRocca forced his way inside the Troy home without permission, instantly unleashing a wave of violence and destruction. A victim at the scene detailed that LaRocca forced open the front door, tore items off the wall, and aggressively ripped a door camera down—throwing it to the ground in an attempt to destroy the footage.
A second victim reported being fast asleep when LaRocca busted into the bedroom and "basically attacked me all through the house." When that victim tried to hold LaRocca back and tell him to calm down, LaRocca allegedly barked, "You don't want to do this," before punching him "square in the nose" and unleashing a flurry of strikes to his face. Documented reports later noted visible injuries and deep redness across the victim's face and knuckles.
Before fleeing the scene in a black Ford F-250, LaRocca also targeted a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox parked outside, smashing the driver's side mirror completely off. Home surveillance audio and video captured the entire forced entry, including footage of LaRocca screaming offensive language at the victims, demanding, “Why are you a f***ing whore?”
At approximately 10:00 PM on Saturday night, Lincoln County deputies tracked LaRocca down to his residence on Prairie Road in Hawk Point, where he was taken into custody without further incident.
During questioning, LaRocca tried to downplay the violent ambush, claiming the altercation was just a mutual "wrestling match" and that he acted in self-defense. However, LaRocca ultimately admitted that he forced the bedroom door open in a fit of rage, stating he was "angry and upset" about the situation, and admitted to kicking the vehicle mirror off before fleeing.
The case remains pending.
