TROY, Mo. — Troy police executed a search warrant Friday afternoon at a business located in the Lincoln Center shopping area as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged illegal activity.
According to information confirmed by the Troy Police Department, officers executed the warrant at The Garden of Weeden, located at 4 Lincoln Center, on Friday, January 9, 2026, at approximately 2 p.m.
The search warrant was authorized through the Lincoln County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and was related to allegations involving the illegal sale of marijuana without a state-issued dispensary license. During the execution of the warrant, investigators seized evidence connected to the investigation.
Police confirmed that no arrests have been made at this time.
