MOSCOW MILLS, Mo. — More new homes are coming to one of Moscow Mills’ growing residential communities as Houston Homes opens another phase of Majestic Lakes.
The homebuilder announced the release of Phase 3D, adding 53 homesites to the development. The new phase includes a mix of walk-out and in-grade lots and will accommodate more than 20 available floor plans.
New homes in Majestic Lakes currently start in the $270,000s.

Houston Homes describes Majestic Lakes as its top-performing community and said previous phase releases have sold quickly. A limited number of homesites also remain available in earlier phases.
The latest release comes as residential development continues across Moscow Mills and other portions of Lincoln County.
Buyers in Phase 3D will be able to choose among more than 20 floor plans as well as multiple exterior elevation options. Houston Homes said its base pricing includes a number of features that may be offered as upgrades by other builders.
“We focus on delivering high-quality, functional homes that fit real budgets,” Houston Homes Marketing Director Heather James said. “Our base pricing includes high-end features that other area builders typically treat as costly upgrades, giving our buyers exceptional value from day one.”
Houston Homes builds single-family homes and townhomes throughout Lincoln, St. Charles, Warren and Franklin counties.
With the addition of Phase 3D, another 53 homesites are now being made available at Majestic Lakes as development of the Moscow Mills community continues.
