A Lincoln County man is facing multiple felony charges following an overnight break-in that court records say escalated into a reported armed confrontation near the Highway 61 corridor.

According to court documents filed in the 45th Judicial Circuit Court of Lincoln County, Antonio D’Vonte Williams has been charged with burglary in the second degree, a Class D felony, and property damage in the first degree, a Class E felony.

Charging documents allege the incident occurred during the early morning hours of December 15, 2025, in the area of East Outer Highway 61. Prosecutors state Williams is accused of knowingly entering a structure unlawfully with the intent to commit property damage.

The felony complaint further alleges that once inside, significant damage was caused to the interior of the structure, including damage to walls, windows, and flooring. Court records state the damage involved spray paint and an oil-type liquid, with losses exceeding $750, meeting the threshold for felony property damage under Missouri law.

According to court filings, the property owner confronted the suspect during the incident and reported to law enforcement that a firearm was involved during the encounter. No injuries were reported in connection with the confrontation.

An arrest warrant was requested as part of the filing. Court records indicate bond was set at $20,000 cash only, along with a condition of no contact with any victims related to the case.

Williams is scheduled to appear in Lincoln County Circuit Court on December 16 at 1:35 p.m., before the Honorable Michael Jacobs. The case remains active and pending.
