LINCOLN COUNTY, Mo. — Court records show that Selena Marie Rodriguez has posted a $500 cash bond in a Lincoln County case in which she is charged with second-degree murder, along with an additional felony related to the death of a child.
According to filings in the 45th Judicial Circuit Court of Lincoln County, Rodriguez is charged with Murder in the Second Degree, a Class A felony under Missouri law. Court records also list a charge of Endangering the Welfare of a Child in the First Degree, also a felony, connected to the same investigation.

Initial court documents indicate that bond was originally set at $500,000 cash only. Subsequent filings show the court later reduced the bond to $5,000 with 10 percent authorized, resulting in a $500 cash bond, which court records confirm was posted by Rodriguez.
Following the posting of bond, Rodriguez was released from custody under multiple court-ordered conditions. Those conditions include appearing at all scheduled court hearings, complying with court directives, and having no contact with co-defendants. Additional conditions are outlined in the case file.
Rodriguez has entered a plea of not guilty. The case remains active in Lincoln County Circuit Court, and future court proceedings have been scheduled.
