TROY, Mo. — A Troy woman is facing a misdemeanor charge after police say she returned to a local convenience store where she had previously been trespassed and began eating deli items inside the business.
Nikki Elizabeth Ingrande

Charge:
Trespass – 1st Degree (Class B Misdemeanor)
An initial appearance is scheduled for March 26, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in Associate Division III before Judge Michael R. Jacobs at the Lincoln County Courthouse in Troy.
According to Troy Police, officers were dispatched to Fastlane located along Highway 47 in Troy in reference to an unwanted subject inside the deli area of the gas station.
Central Communications advised that the caller reported a female who had previously been trespassed from the business was back inside the store.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with Nikki Ingrande in the deli department. Police state she appeared to be eating relish packets at the time officers approached her.
The store cashier told officers that Ingrande had previously been trespassed by management and was not allowed inside the business. The cashier stated that Ingrande had attempted to purchase items, but someone was going to pay for them. When she was told she could not leave with the items because they had not been paid for, she allegedly returned to the deli department and began consuming condiment packets without purchasing them.
Police report that Ingrande was taken into custody and later issued a criminal summons for First Degree Trespassing.
Authorities also noted that Ingrande has reportedly been trespassed from multiple businesses throughout Troy and has continued to violate those warnings.
As of this publication, the case remains pending in Lincoln County court.
All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
