A man is being held without bond after Troy police say he threatened a woman protected by a court order and sent her a video involving a revolver.

A series of escalating confrontations at a Troy home culminated in an incident involving a dog shock collar. Cody Carson Cameron Jeffs is now charged with domestic assault.

A woman was dragged into a hallway, kicked and repeatedly struck during an assault in Lincoln County. Mark Hipes is now in custody facing a felony domestic assault charge.
