UPDATE: Evangeline “Evy” Weber has been located safe.
The 5-year-old Troy girl at the center of an urgent Thursday morning search has been found safe, according to authorities.
Law enforcement agencies and community members had been actively searching for Evy after she was reported missing from the area of Lewis Street early Thursday morning.
Additional details surrounding where Evy was located and the circumstances of the incident have not yet been released. Lincoln CountyWatch is waiting on further comment from police.

Authorities are asking for the public’s immediate help in locating a missing 5-year-old girl who walked away from a residence in Troy early Thursday morning.
According to the Troy Police Department, Evangeline “Evy” Weber was last seen near 195 Lewis Street between 5 a.m. and 6:20 a.m.
Police say Evy was last seen wearing a pink and white pull-up diaper when she went to bed.
She is described as autistic with sensory issues and may be nonverbal or not respond when called.
Authorities are asking residents in the area to immediately check yards, vehicles, garages, outbuildings, and nearby hiding areas.
Anyone who sees Evy or has information on her whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
